For months, major news agencies couldn’t find much time, energy, or space to cover the slaughter of tens of thousands of Iranian protesters by the Iranian regime.
It wasn’t just a huge story of the Islamist regime’s historic level of brutality; it was also a crucial wild card for the region and the world, as I reported after escaping Iran’s rain of hell last year.
Now, these same news agencies are reporting the regime’s claims about civilians being killed in the ongoing war. The fact that this isn’t surprising says a great deal about the broken state of today’s media.
As I explain in the latest episode, there should be zero reports that claim Iran is mourning the deaths of civilians without telling you that Iran kills tons of civilians — more than 36,000 by one estimate.
